1. Scope of Services

The Company provides a comprehensive range of event-related services, including but not limited to:

• Equipment Rental: Leasing of physical screens and display hardware.
• Site Setting & Installation: On-site setup, booth decoration, and technical installation.
• Exhibition Design: Graphic design, multimedia content creation, and spatial planning for exhibition materials.
• Event Consultancy: Professional advice on event planning, management, and technical execution.

Service Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate any part of the services offered on this Website without prior notice.

2. Service Provisions and Quotations

Non-Transaction Website: This Website is for informational and consultation purposes only. Formal service agreements are finalized through offline quotations and contracts.

Consultancy Advice: Any advice provided during the consultancy phase is based on the Company's professional experience. However, the final decision-making and execution risk remain with the Client.

Design Approval: For exhibition design services, the Client is responsible for final proofreading and approval of all designs. The Company is not liable for errors (such as typos or color discrepancies) once the Client has provided final approval.

3. User Obligations and Site Requirements

Venue Access: For site setting services, the Client must ensure the Company has legal access to the venue and that the venue meets the necessary safety and technical requirements.

Content Legality: Users are solely responsible for the legality of the materials provided for design or display. Content must not violate HKSAR laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and public decency regulations.

4. Equipment and Property

Damage and Loss: During site settings or rentals, the Client shall be liable for any damage to or loss of the Company's equipment caused by the Client's staff, guests, or third-party contractors.

Third-Party Venue: The Company shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage to the Client's chosen venue or for any restrictions imposed by the venue management.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Company Materials: All original designs, software, and website content produced by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company unless a formal transfer of rights is executed.

Client Materials: The Client warrants that they own or have the right to use all materials (images, logos, data) provided to the Company for exhibition design purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Event Outcomes: While the Company strives for excellence in consultancy and setting services, we do not guarantee specific commercial results or attendance levels for any event.

Indirect Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by HKSAR law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, or event cancellation costs due to third-party failures.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

8. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
